This  program offers twelve sessions of English instruction to non-English speaking  and those with limited a limited knowledge of English. 

Our first classes  started in 2001 and have been continuing since:

Registration for Adult ESL Classes February 20 and 27, 2013

ESL Spring 2013 Schedule
Classes meet from 7:00 to 9:00pm

At 7:00 pm, on Wednesdays, February 20th and February 27th, 2013, students will register and be tested for the Fall session of Adult ESL Classes at Care on the Corner, 229 Terrace Avenue (corner of Jefferson and Terrace Avenues) in Hasbrouck Heights.

All new and returning students must be registered to take the classes. New students must take a language assessment evaluation.

Classes start Wednesday, March 6th, 2012, from 7:00pm – 9:00pm and will continue each Wednesday, until May 15th. NO class on March 27th and April 3rd.

The ESL classes will provide English language instruction at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, as well as one-to-one instruction, to people from other countries and other language backgrounds.

For more information about the adult ESL program or to register a student, please call the Care Center office at       201-288-9460. A registration form, accompanied with a non-refundable $10 registration fee, must be completed for each student. Books will be available for purchase at the time of registration. Financial assistance is available.
