This is our early childhood reading and group socialization program, where children can learn and play with each other. Parents and caregivers use this time to share and help each other as they go through the process of learning how to raise children. All come together, sharing their different languages and different cultures.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM FOUNDER
AND COORDINATOR:

Liza Arnao is the program coordinator of "Sophie & Friends". She began this program about a year after her daughter was born. "I have always felt that finding affordable playgroups and meeting other moms is quite difficult. After diapers and formula there's not much left over. I wanted a group where kids could have fun and moms could get out of the house."

She is the mother of 2 children, Benjamin 11 and Sophia 5.
